Originally from Texas, Joseph Cortez is a frontend engineer based in New York City, building intuitive interfaces for the web with a focus on performance optimization and accessibility at Monogram, a digital agency specializing in web development, headless ecommerce, and apps.

Joseph is an alumnus of Texas A&M University-San Antonio, where he earned his BBA in Computer Information Systems. This education sparked his passion for modern web technologies. Previously, he founded Unlikely Media, collaborating with rising ecommerce brands ahead of its acquisition in 2020.
